Tasting Note
Perfumed cassis, blackberry and violet with cedar, graphite and subtle truffle. Silky yet concentrated black-fruit core, bright freshness and fine, grainy tannins leading to an elegant, multi-layered palate and an exceptionally long, savory finish.
Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, ribeye or beef tenderloin, venison, aged hard cheeses (Comté, Parmigiano). Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ short ribs, soy‑braised beef, mushroom & truffle dishes.
Production Method
Hand-harvested; traditional fermentation with strict selection (only ~35% to the Grand Vin). Aged ~18–20 months in 100% new French oak; bottled in 2017 in commemorative silk‑screened bottles.
