Tasting Note
Concentrated Barolo with ripe red cherry, spiced plum, rose petal, tar, licorice, cedar and mineral earth. Firm yet velvety tannins and long, savory finish.
Food Pairing
Western: braised beef, roasted lamb, mushroom risotto, truffle pasta, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, Korean galbi (grilled short rib), Japanese sukiyaki, rich soy-braised beef.
Production Method
100% Nebbiolo; 14-day skin maceration, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel, aged ~20 months in small French oak (10L) casks then ~3 years additional ageing prior to release. Limited-edition bottling.

Family-run Mauro Molino (founded 1982). Anniversario sourced from the Annunziata micro-parcel (≈0.2 ha) with 50–70‑year-old vines; limited production (circa 999 bottles).
