Tasting Note
A concentrated, floral Pinot Noir: wild and black cherries, blackberry, violets, dried flowers, subtle woodsmoke and blood-orange lift. Medium–full bodied with polished yet firm tannins and a long, savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, fully or mostly destemmed fruit fermented on native yeasts (concrete vats), gentle extraction (pigeage/pump-overs), élevage ~18 months in barriques with ~80–85% new oak.
