Tasting Note
Smoky red and black cherry, plum, orange zest and sweet spice with rose petal, earth and saline minerality. Silky texture, powdery tannins and a long, savory finish.

Food Pairing
Roast beef, lamb, duck confit, mushroom risotto; Asian: Peking duck, char siu pork, miso-glazed aubergine, soy-marinated mushrooms.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, rigorous sorting; traditional fermentation with partial whole clusters; aged 12–18 months in French oak barriques (approx. 60–85% new).

Domaine Méo-Camuzet (Vosne-Romanée) owns ~2.75–3 ha in Clos de Vougeot (Chioures, Grand Maupertuis, Près du Château). Jean‑Nicolas Méo rebuilt the domaine from the 1980s; known for top Côte d'Or Grand Crus.
