Concentrated cherry and black-fruit core with plum, graphite, licorice and smoky/mineral notes; compact, powerful, tannic and fresh with savory herb hints and a long, mineral-driven finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Pinot Noir; native-yeast fermentations with gentle extraction; aged c.16–18 months in French oak (approx. 35–45% new) with minimal intervention to preserve terroir.
