Tasting Note
Concentrated black cherry, raspberry and pomegranate with rose petal, spice, leather and graphite. Silky texture, chiselled tannins, lively acidity and a long, savory, mineral finish.

Hand-harvested; cold soak (3–5 days); native yeast fermentation with gentle extraction; aged 18–20 months in French oak (70–100% new, light toast).
