Tasting Note

Focused, mineral-driven Puligny with lemon, white peach, and citrus peel, stony minerality, subtle spice and fine acidity. Bright, concentrated and long on the finish.


Food Pairing

Western: grilled/poached white fish, lobster, roast chicken, creamy poultry dishes; Asian: miso-glazed cod, sushi/sashimi, tempura, steamed fish with ginger and scallions.


Production Method

Hand-harvested Chardonnay; pneumatic pressing; barrel fermentation and ageing (mix of used/neutral and some new oak), partial malolactic; aged ~12–18 months in barrel.
