Tasting Note
Fresh red and black cherry, raspberry and floral rose petal notes with spice, soy/hoisin savoury hints; sleek, saline, medium-plus body with fine tannins and a long, focused finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, largely destemmed with short cold maceration and 2–3 week ferment; matured in French oak barrels (c.12–18 months) with a moderate percentage of new barrels.
