Tasting Note
Concentrated black fruits (blackberry, plum) with cigar box, black truffle, cedar and smoked coffee. Full-bodied, lush mid-palate, powerful ripe tannins, bright acidity and an extremely long, mineral finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, destemmed, fermented in temperature-controlled vats; matured ~18-20 months in French oak (≈80% new); blended before bottling (bottled June 2008).
