Tasting Note
Deep garnet. Complex blackcurrant, blackberry, violet, chocolate and liquorice aromas. Dense, full-bodied palate with ripe, silky tannins, mocha and mineral notes. Long, elegant, powerful finish.

Western: roast lamb, braised short ribs, duck confit, mushroom risotto, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ, miso-braised short ribs, soy-glazed eggplant.
Production Method
Hand-harvested; traditional fermentation; aged approximately 18–22 months in French oak (78% new); classic Bordeaux élevage and bottling in 2017.
