Tasting Note
Bright citrus and green apple with pear and stone-fruit notes, brioche and toasted-almond complexity, fine mousse, lively acidity and a creamy, mineral finish with hints of lemon curd.

Production Method
Traditional method (méthode champenoise). Blend of 100+ base wines with 20–30% reserve wines; aged on lees ~15–24 months; dosage ~7–9 g/L.
