Tasting Note
Bright lemon and lime with white peach, pastry and toasted hazelnut. Creamy lees, subtle vanilla oak, vibrant acidity and chalky minerality; medium–full body and a long, polished finish.

Production Method
Hand-picked, destemmed/crushed, fermented in French oak barrels (≈30% new) and matured ~11 months on lees; minimal intervention and organic/biodynamic practices; finished under screwcap.
