Perfumed black- and red-fruit core (cassis, cherry, raspberry) with violet, cocoa, dried herb and subtle cedar; medium-weight, silky texture, fine persistent tannins and a long, fresh finish.

Production Method

Low-yield estate fruit; hand-harvested, open/static fermenters (10–14 days on skins), matured ~16–22 months in a mix of large-format and French oak barriques (c.25–35% new); minimal fining/filtration.
