Tasting Note
Evolved, rich and chewy with blackcurrant and red fruit underpinned by cedar, pencil-lead, leather and warm spice; dry, savory finish with tertiary tobacco and earthy notes.

Production Method
Traditional Pauillac vinification: hand-harvested, destemmed, fermented in oak or wooden vats, extended maceration and aged ~18–22 months in oak barrels (new oak typical).
