Tasting Note
Concentrated blackcurrant, blackberry and kirsch, with prunes, humus, cedar, incense and roast coffee. Full-bodied, muscular fruit framed by firm, grainy tannins and seamless freshness; very long finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; fermented in oak vats (approx. 15–25 days) and aged ~19–22 months in French oak barriques (percent new varies by vintage). Traditional Bordeaux blending.
