Tasting Note
Concentrated blackcurrant, blackberry and cassis with graphite, cedar, cigar box, menthol and exotic spice. Dense, structured palate with creamy yet firm tannins, vivid freshness and an exceptionally long, refined finish.

Western: roast lamb, ribeye/aged beef, venison, truffle dishes, mature hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, Korean BBQ (galbi/bulgogi), Cantonese roast pork/char siu, Sichuan-style beef (moderate spice), Japanese wagyu.
Production Method
Hand-harvested, sorted and destemmed. Fermented in temperature-controlled vats; matured ~18–20 months in 100% new French oak barrels. Small portion of production to grand vin.
