Tasting Note
Ripe black and red fruits (blackberry, plum, cherry) with cedar, leather, tobacco and Middle Eastern spice. Bright acidity, smooth velvety tannins and a long, spicy, slightly earthy finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Bekaa fruit; fermentation in cement vats with extended maceration, aged in French oak (≈1 year), blended after the second year; minimal filtration and low-intervention approach.
