Tasting Note
Concentrated dark cherry and dried plum with cocoa, leather, tobacco and spice; floral and minty undertones. Velvety texture, ripe tannins and a long, spicy, slightly bitter finish.

Production Method
Appassimento (drying) of grapes, meticulous hand selection, foot pressing, spontaneous fermentation in oak conical vats with daily punchdowns; aged 3+ years in large untoasted oak barrels; bottled unfiltered.
