Medium-bodied Pinot Noir with red and black cherry, rose petal, earth, white pepper and baking spice; charred oak and meaty undertones, silky texture, firm tannins and a long mineral finish.

Production Method
Traditional Burgundian vinification in small vats with élevage in French oak barrels; the 2017 was noted as being aged in 100% new oak by Jancis Robinson. Controlled yields and careful élevage to express terroir.
