Tasting Note
Opaque garnet color; concentrated blackcurrant, blackberry and blue-fruit aromas with licorice, baking spice and lavender. Palate shows dark chocolate, espresso, blackberry reduction and chalky tannins, finishing long with herbal (Herbs de Provence) notes.

Grilled ribeye, beef short ribs, roasted lamb, aged cheddar; Asian: Korean BBQ (galbi), char siu or Cantonese roast pork, miso‑glazed black cod, Sichuan pepper beef.

Production Method
100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Fruit selected from top Napa blocks (Stagecoach, Morisoli, Monte Rosso, Warnock). Aged 13 months in French oak (≈60% new).
