Perfumed black cherry, cassis and blackberry with violet, graphite and cocoa; silky, polished tannins and bright acidity leading to a long, mineral-tinged finish.

Production Method
Vines farmed biodynamically; parcels and varieties vinified separately, aged 20–22 months in 50% 225L oak barriques and 50% 30hL foudres (less than 50% new oak).
