Tasting Note
Mature, elegant nose of blackcurrant, truffle, tobacco, leather and cedar; palate shows dried black fruit, earthy minerality, spice and tobacco, with silky texture and a very long, saline finish.

Production Method
Traditional Bordeaux vinification: destemmed grapes, alcoholic fermentation in vats, malolactic conversion, blended and aged in French oak barrels before extended bottle aging.

Château Pape Clément is one of Bordeaux's oldest estates, classified Cru Classé de Graves (1959). Revitalized mid-20th century under Paul Montagne; later managed within the Bernard Magrez era.
