Tasting Note
Pale straw; aromas of Anjou pear, white peach, baking spices and ginger. Rich, layered palate with baked apple, brioche and citrus, bright acidity and a lingering mineral-tinged finish.

Whole-cluster pressed cold; barrel-fermented (French oak) with indigenous yeasts; spontaneous malolactic; aged 15 months on lees with biweekly bâtonnage; 65% new French oak; unfined and unfiltered.
