Tasting Note
Deep garnet with aromas of crushed blackberry, wild blueberry, dried herbs, tobacco and mocha. Palate shows red currant, black fig, dark chocolate, fine‑grained tannins, bright acidity and a mineral-driven, long finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; fermented in small closed-top stainless tanks with indigenous yeasts; 5-day cold soak, ~28-day maceration; gentle pumpovers and délestage; spontaneous malolactic in barrel; aged in new and neutral French oak; unfined/unfiltered.
