Tasting Note
Deep red with aromas of red cherry, boysenberry, rose petal, bergamot and clove; saline minerality and black raspberry on the palate, silky tannins and long, precise finish.

Production Method
Small-lot, hand‑harvested; fully destemmed fruit, 6-day cold soak and 17-day maceration, indigenous yeast fermentation in open-top stainless tanks, spontaneous ML in barrel; aged 15 months in French oak (≈73% new).
