Tasting Note
Dense, opulent dark-berry core of blackberry, blueberry and boysenberry with graphite, hazelnut, dark chocolate and espresso notes. Plush, viscous texture, refined chewy tannins and long spicy finish.

Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, aged cheddar, braised short ribs. Asian: Korean BBQ (galbi), char siu/roast pork, Peking duck, spicy Sichuan beef or Cantonese-style roasted meats.

Production Method
Blended from Napa Cabernet and South Australian Shiraz; fermented and matured 16 months in 100% new oak (80% American, 20% French). Finished like Penfolds high-end reds.
