Tasting Note
Complex medium‑to‑full Chardonnay: ripe rockmelon, fig, quince and cantaloupe framed by butterscotch, toasted almond and subtle cinnamon oak, leesy creaminess, bright acidity and a long focused finish.
Food Pairing
Western: roast chicken, lobster, creamy pasta, goat cheese. Asian: miso‑glazed cod, tempura prawns, sushi (fatty tuna), milder Thai green curry, ginger‑scallion Chinese stir‑fry.
Production Method
Whole‑bunch pressing; 100% barrel fermentation in French oak (225L), matured ~10 months (majority new oak); 100% malolactic fermentation, lees stirring in some barrels; bottled unfiltered.
Vineyard Info
