Tasting Note
Concentrated stone fruit and citrus (peach, pear, lemon) with toasted almond, brioche and subtle new oak; chalky mineral texture, bright acidity and a long saline finish.

Western: grilled/roast salmon, lobster, creamy pasta or risotto, roast chicken. Asian: miso‑glazed black cod, tempura prawns, sushi/sashimi (fatty fish), Thai coconut seafood curry.

Production Method
Hand‑harvested cool-climate Chardonnay parcels; barrel-fermented and matured eight months in French barriques (≈65% new) with lees contact and careful oak integration.
