Tasting Note

Pink grapefruit and lemon-curd citrus, crème brûlée richness, roasted hazelnut, nougat and struck-match minerality; saline, chalky, very long finish.


Food Pairing

Western: roast chicken, lobster with beurre blanc, creamy mushroom pasta, grilled salmon. Asian: miso‑glazed black cod, seared scallops with soy-citrus, sushi/sashimi, tempura, Chinese steamed lobster.


Production Method

100% Chardonnay from cool‑climate sites; barrel‑fermented and matured 8–9 months in French oak barriques (≈70–86% new); selective malolactic fermentation and regular lees stirring.
