Tasting Note

Dense black cherry and plum, black truffle, tobacco, cedar and cocoa; opulent, concentrated, polished tannins and an immensely long, mineral finish.

Western: beef Wellington, roast lamb, duck confit, truffle risotto, wild-mushroom dishes. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, braised short ribs, shiitake/soy braised dishes, truffle or mushroom hotpot.


Production Method

Hand‑harvested Merlot; fermented in temperature‑controlled concrete vats; aged ~21–24 months in new French oak; bottled with minimal filtration.
