Black cherry and plum with truffle, violets, baking spice, tobacco and damp earth; ripe, silky texture, firm mineral core and a long, truffle-tinged finish.

Hand-harvested, rigorously sorted; fermented and matured in French oak (significant new oak), ~18–20 months ageing.
