Tasting Note
Concentrated black cherry, blackberry and cassis with truffle, graphite, cedar, dark chocolate and floral spice. Dense, silky texture with polished yet powerful tannins and an extraordinarily long, mineral finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Merlot; fermentation in temperature-controlled vats with extended maceration; malolactic fermentation; aged 18–24 months in French oak (significant portion new); lightly fined and filtered.
