Tasting Note
Bright citrus and green apple with white peach and nectarine, toasted hazelnut and vanilla from oak, pronounced stony minerality, creamy mid-palate and lively citrus acidity, finishing long and saline.

Western: lobster, scallops, roast chicken in cream sauce, veal, gnocchi, soft cheeses (Epoisses, Brie). Asian: miso‑glazed black cod, sushi (fatty tuna/shellfish), steamed sea bass with ginger & scallions, lightly spiced Thai/Chinese seafood dishes.
Production Method
Hand-harvested, pneumatic pressing; fermentation and élevage ~12 months in French oak (≈20–30% new); aged on lees with controlled bâtonnage and minimal intervention.

Bouzereau is a multi‑generation Meursault family domaine (Château de Cîteaux); Philippe runs ~18 ha, practising sustainable/viticulture with focus on terroir expression. Les Champs Gains is a small, stony 1er‑Cru parcel above Folatières.
