Elegant red‑cherry and raspberry core with forest‑floor, spice and subtle oak. Silky texture, fine‑grained tannins, lively acidity and a long mineral finish.

Western: roast duck, beef bourguignon, lamb or wild‑mushroom risotto. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, miso‑glazed pork, soy‑ginger salmon, shiitake mushroom stir‑fries.


Production Method

Hand‑harvested Pinot Noir; partial destemming; indigenous‑yeast fermentation with extended maceration; aged 16–18 months in French oak (significant new oak for Grand Cru), lightly filtered.
