Red cherry and raspberry, rose petal, baking spice and earth; silky, supple tannins with medium-plus body, refined oak and mineral undertones, finishing savory with lingering spice.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Pinot Noir; traditional Burgundian red vinification with partial whole-cluster fermentation, matured in French oak (some new), minimal fining and light filtration.

Family-owned Domaine Pierre Labet (associated with Château de la Tour). Historic Labet family estate with holdings in Beaune and Gevrey-Chambertin; focuses on low yields and traditional viticulture; Vieilles Vignes are older, low-yielding plots.
