Tasting Note
Elegant Grand Cru blanc de blancs: white flowers, green apple, lemon confit, brioche and hazelnut with pronounced oyster‑shell/chalk minerality. Fine, persistent mousse, bright chalky acidity, creamy texture and a long saline finish.
