Tasting Note
Citrus and white‑flower aromatics with roasted hazelnut and a hint of honey; saline, chalky minerality and focused acidity. Delicate yet voluptuous palate with a persistent, mineral finish.

Production Method
100% Chardonnay from Abbaye de Morgeot; made in collaboration with Étienne de Montille. Fermented and aged in French oak barrels with a portion of new oak, roughly 12–18 months élevage (estimate).
