Tasting Note
Dense blackcurrant, blackberry and cassis with dark chocolate, truffle, graphite, cedar and savory herbs. Full-bodied, concentrated fruit framed by muscular, grainy tannins and a long, mineral-driven finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled ribeye, roasted lamb, braised short ribs, mushroom risotto. Asian: Peking duck, Korean BBQ (bulgogi/galbi), char siu, beef sukiyaki, mushroom hot pot.

Production Method
Small‑lot fermentations from multiple Napa sites; extended maceration; aged in large Austrian and French oak (including new oak) and blended after extended élevage.

Vineyard Info
Promontory is the Harlan family’s Napa project, sourcing high‑elevation, estate and contracted sites. Small-production, luxury Bordeaux-style blends; modern winery opened 2017.
