Tasting Note
Blackcurrant and plum with cedar, tobacco, violet and menthol; spice and subtle vanilla from oak. Silky medium‑full body, firm chewy tannins, bright acidity and a long, elegant finish.

Production Method
Parcel-by-parcel fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats; malolactic in vat; aged ~18 months in French oak (≈60% new).
