Tasting Note
Concentrated blackcurrant and baked plum with crème de cassis, violet, cocoa, tobacco and exotic spice. Full-bodied, silky yet powerful tannins, seamless texture and an epic, perfumed finish (balanced freshness underpins the richness).

Food Pairing
Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, beef Wellington, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi/galbi), Peking duck, hoisin-glazed pork, spicy Szechuan beef, miso-marinated short ribs.

Production Method
Assembled as a small-lot proprietary blend from select Napa vineyard lots; fermented in parcels and matured ~18–20 months in French oak with a high proportion of new barrels; very limited production.
