Tasting Note
Apple and white-peach fruit with herbal lift, light vanillin oak, chalky minerality and saline bite. Medium-bodied, bright acidity and a mouthwatering, focused finish.

Production Method
Whole-cluster pressed, native-yeast fermentation in French oak (≈10–15% new), 12 months in barrel then months in stainless; minimal batonnage, low-intervention/biodynamic practices.
