Tasting Note

Bright citrus (lemon, lime), honeysuckle and warm peach with honeycomb, lanolin and wet stone notes. Silky texture, saline minerality and lively acidity; layered, medium-bodied and long, zesty finish.


Food Pairing

Western: roasted chicken, grilled/roasted salmon, lobster with beurre blanc, creamy pasta, seared scallops. Asian: miso‑glazed black cod, tempura, sushi (fatty tuna), steamed crab with ginger‑soy, Cantonese seafood dishes.


Production Method

Barrel-fermented and aged in French oak (typically 10–14 months; ~25–35% new oak), partial malolactic conversion, stirred lees for texture, light filtration before bottling.

Produced by Senses Wines (three founders with winemaker Thomas Rivers Brown). Fruit from the B.A. Thieriot Vineyard (planted 1988 by Warren Dutton), a highly regarded Sonoma Coast site.
