Tasting Note
Perfumed red cherry, red currant and raspberry with violet, plum, gentle spice and a saline minerality. Silky, medium-bodied texture with supple tannins and a bright, lingering finish.

Production Method
Organic viticulture; grapes fully de-stemmed, cold maceration and indigenous-yeast fermentation; élevage 15–18 months in Allier oak (≈30–40% new); bottled with minimal filtration and without fining.

Domaine founded in the 1930s by the Cathiard family; ~12.5 ha in the Côte de Nuits (Vosne-Romanée, Nuits-St-Georges, Chambolle). Now led by Sébastien Cathiard with an emphasis on organic farming and terroir expression.
