Tasting Note
Evolved golden Chardonnay with baked apple, dried apricot, toasted hazelnut, buttered oak and honeyed notes. Medium acidity, creamy texture and a subtly nutty, savory finish (aged character).

Food Pairing
Western: roast chicken, lobster bisque, creamy pasta, aged Comté. Asian: miso-glazed cod, sushi (fatty tuna), Chinese roast duck, mild Thai coconut curry.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Chardonnay; fermented and aged in French oak barrels with partial malolactic influence and bottle aging to develop tertiary character.

Produced by the Tasca d’Almerita family at the historic Regaleali estate (since 1837). Vines planted on the San Francesco/Regaleali hills; estate focuses on sustainable viticulture.
