Tasting Note
Light garnet red: wild strawberry, cherry, rose petal, Mediterranean herbs and chalky minerality. Taut acidity, fine mealy tannins and a cleansing, persistent finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, grilled red meat, duck breast, aged Manchego or other matured cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), char siu, mildly spicy Sichuan dishes, grilled yakitori.

Production Method
Hand-harvested single-vineyard Garnatxa Peluda; whole-cluster fermentation and aging 8–15 months in concrete eggs/vats; minimal oak, low-intervention winemaking.
