Dense black- and blue-fruited core with crushed red dates, white pepper, herbs, discreet smoke and slate minerality; silky texture, bright, taut acidity and a focused, persistent finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested old-vine Carignan; native whole-cluster fermentation with minimal extraction (infusion), ~2 weeks maceration; matured in large Stockinger foudre and concrete tanks.
