Inky, concentrated dark-plum and blackberry core with layers of dark chocolate, liquorice, exotic spice, vanilla and mocha; velvety yet powerful with a long, spice-tinged finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; destemmed and fermented in small open-top fermenters; basket-pressed; matured 36 months in 100% new French oak barriques; bottled unfined and unfiltered and cellared prior to release.
