Tasting Note
Bright garnet; intense aromas of boysenberry, cassis, Turkish delight, potpourri, native forest and ocean spray. Elegant, succulent palate with rich yet lifted body, fine long tannins, bay leaf, spice and a long perfumed finish.

Roast lamb, grilled ribeye, venison, mushroom risotto; Korean BBQ (galbi), char siu, soy‑braised beef, miso‑glazed aubergine, Peking duck.

Production Method
Hand‑harvested, destemmed whole berries; wild‑yeast fermentation (static and open‑top), 11–33 days skin contact, basket‑pressed to French oak barriques (59% new) and matured 18 months.
