Tasting Note

Mature Pomerol: truffle, black cherry, plum, leather, tobacco and forest-floor notes. Silky but present tannins, earthy spice and a long, truffle-tinged finish.

Western: roast lamb, braised short ribs, beef tenderloin, mushroom risotto, aged cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), miso-glazed dishes, soy-braised beef.


Production Method

Parcel vinified (oak and stainless vats), malolactic for Merlot in barrel; aged ~18–22 months in French oak barriques.
