Tasting Note
Concentrated blackcurrant, plum, dried fig, violets, bay leaf, tobacco and dark chocolate; full-bodied, opulent palate with velvety, refined tannins and a long savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Cabernet fermented in small stainless-steel tanks; matured ~22 months in French oak, ~93% new, then blended and bottled.
